Terms and Copyright Policy

These terms apply to everyone who uses xyn.wtf ("the site", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Your content stays yours, and your responsibility

You own what you upload. The site is a platform: everything on a profile page, including images, video, audio, text, links and comments, is posted by the members themselves and not created, reviewed or endorsed by us. You are solely responsible for the content you post and for any claim that arises from it.

By posting content you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and transmit it for the sole purpose of running the site and showing your page to others. The licence ends when you remove the content or delete your account, apart from copies kept briefly in backups.

What you promise when you upload

You own the content, or you have the rights, licences and permissions needed to upload and share it publicly.
That includes music, video, images, artwork, fonts and logos. Owning a copy, buying a track, or finding a file online does not give you the right to republish it.
Your content does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, and does not break the law.

Not allowed

Content you do not have the right to share, including pirated or leaked material.
Sexual content involving anyone under 18, or any content that exploits minors. We report this to the authorities.
Harassment, threats, hate, doxxing, scams, malware or phishing links.
Anything illegal where you live or where we operate.
Impersonating another person or organisation, evading a ban, or abusing the site's features or other members.

We may remove content, hide a page, or suspend or delete an account at any time, with or without notice, if we think these terms are being broken or to protect the site or other people. We have no duty to monitor content, but we may.

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property and respond to valid notices of alleged infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512) and similar laws. If you believe something on xyn.wtf infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@xyn.wtf containing:

Your name, address, phone number and email address.
A description of the copyrighted work you say was infringed.
The exact URL of the page, or of the uploaded file, that you say infringes. Links such as xyn.wtf/username are enough to find a page.
A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.

When we receive a complete notice we will act quickly, usually by removing or disabling the content, and we may tell the member who posted it. Knowingly sending a false notice can make you liable for damages.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, or that you have the right to post it, email legal@xyn.wtf with: the content that was removed and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone number, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address, and your signature. We may pass the counter-notice to the person who complained. If they do not tell us within 10 business days that they have started a court action, we may restore the content.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated. We decide what counts as repeated.

Other legal requests

For trademark, privacy, court order or other legal matters, write to legal@xyn.wtf. We may need to verify who you are before acting.

Payments and refunds

We only accept cryptocurrency. All purchases, including Premium, are final. We do not give refunds, credits or partial refunds, whether you stop using the site, change your mind, forget to use what you bought, or have your account banned or suspended for breaking these terms. Digital features are turned on for your account as soon as an admin enables them, which is when the purchase counts as delivered.

If a payment is taken by mistake, for example twice for the same order, contact legal@xyn.wtf with the details and we will look into it. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first may lead to your account being suspended and your Premium being removed. Prices and features can change, and a change does not entitle earlier buyers to a refund.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", with no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error free or secure, or that content on it is accurate, lawful or safe. Your use of the site and of anything posted on it is at your own risk.

Limit of our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, xyn.wtf and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, for loss of data, profits or reputation, or for anything posted by members or third parties. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or 50 US dollars.

You cover claims over your content

You agree to defend and compensate xyn.wtf and the people who run it against any claim, loss or cost, including reasonable legal fees, that comes from content you post or from your breaking these terms or someone's rights.

Ending your account

You can stop using the site at any time. We can suspend or end your access when these terms are broken or when we need to. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as the ones on responsibility for content, liability and claims, continue after your account ends.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
